Premium wind hike “Panorama Trail”
The first German premium winter hiking trail was certified by the German Hiking Institute a few years ago. The 6 km long path lies on the Hemmersuppenalm plateau and fits harmoniously into the hilly winter landscape. The unobstructed views of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps are the highlights of the tour.Transportation costs apply.

Return: approx. 3 p.m.

Birnbach-Hutzenalm (1000m)
Up to Birnbach, the tour can be classified as a leisurely hike with a few small climbs. From Birnbach the path becomes steeper and requires a certain level of fitness. Here's a tip: "If you go slowly, you'll reach your destination." At the top of the hut, every hiker, whether slow or fast, looks forward to a hearty stop. Depending on the weather and fitness, it is possible to take the local bus from Birnbach back to Reit im Winkl.
Start: 10 a.m.
Return: between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Difficulty: medium
Winkelmoosalm-Wildalm
We take the gondola lift up to the starting point at Winklmoos-Alm. We hike almost flat across the snow-covered expanses of the raised moor on the “Winklmooser Rundweg” to the Wildalm junction. From here you first go steeply uphill for about 300m, then the path becomes a "pleasant" slope up to the Wildalm. There you can not only enjoy a hearty stop, but also magnificent views of the high mountains.Transportation costs apply.
Start: 9:45 a.m.
Return: between 3 and 4 p.m.
